At Crate Club, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
